Mr. Marcin attended the University of California at Los Angeles for his undergraduate study. He attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Marcin began his legal career at the Law Office of Dennis Jackson, an estate planning law firm based in the Cleveland area. Mr. Marcin has been a partner at Marcin & Marcin since its establishment in 1998. He is a frequent speaker and author of several articles on estate planning and elder law issues. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Clermont County Bar Association, as well as a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society. Mr. Marcin is also a provider attorney for ProSeniors and for ARAG Group.
Mrs. Marcin attended Ohio Wesleyan University on a full tuition academic scholarship for her undergraduate study. She attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. Mrs. Marcin has been a partner at Marcin & Marcin since its establishment in 1998. She is currently serving as Vice President of the Clermont County Bar Association and is the Chairperson of the Admissions Committee of the Clermont County Bar Association. Mrs. Marcin is a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society and a provider attorney for ARAG Group. Mrs. Marcin proudly coached the Milford High School Mock Trial Team for several years and is the author of a series of mock trial features for Thomson South-Western Publishing.
